THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 694 of 2017 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is being taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. 2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in returning the application of the petitioner for renewing notary certificate vide proceedings in Lr.No.A3/ 1393/ 2016, dated 13.12.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to law; and consequently direct the respondents to renew the notary certificate of the petitioner. 3) It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 02.12.2016, rendered in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 4) In that view of the matter, following the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and Batch, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
