This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the condition imposed while granting bail vide order dt.26.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.365 of 2019 in Crime No.243 of 2018 (P.S. Gangadhara) passed by the learned IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sircilla, Karimnagar District, directing the petitioners/A.8 to A.10 to appear before the concerned S.H.O., on every Monday in between 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. until further orders. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.8 to A.10 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are agriculturists and they have to attend the agricultural work, particularly during this rainy season, however, the Station House Officer concerned is harassing by keeping them on waiting for hours together and not allowing them to sign in the attendance register. The learned counsel, therefore, sought for relaxation of the above said condition. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the court below while granting bail vide order dt.26.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.365 of 2019 is hereby relaxed and instead of every Monday, the

GSD, J Crl.P.No.5268 of 2019 petitioners/A.8 to A.10 are directed to appear before the S.H.O. concerned on first Monday of every month in between 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
