Learned counsel for the parties state that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd., Mumbai v. State of Andhra Pradesh[1]. In terms thereof and for reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated decision, this writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings dated 23.08.2012.
