HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35314 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in FIR No.483 of 2015 on the file of the 5th respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner submitted a detailed complaint to the 4th respondent regarding violations of the named accused stating that they have received the deposits from him through bank for conveying the properties, and instead of registering the documents the accused diverted the public funds and thereby, they violated the provisions of Public Depositors Act. Basing on the said complaint, the above FIR was registered. But the investigation has not yet been completed. 4.
Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"Respondents Nos.2 to 5 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible."
There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
