THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.55 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not registering FIR as arbitrary, illegal and discriminatory and in violation of the orders of the Supreme Court of India and the Advisory issued by the Government of India and consequently, direct the respondents to register an FIR on the report of the petitioner dated 29.12.2014 for the offences u/s 420, 409, 477A, 192, 503 and 120-B IPC R/w. Section 34 of I P C."

2. When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the Department of Home informs the Court that pursuant to the complaint dated 29.12.2014, submitted by the petitioner, a crime has been registered vide FIR No.29 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 477, 192, 503 and 120-B R/w.34 IPC. Pursuant to the said registration, investigation has been conducted and after completion of the same, final report was filed on 16.07.2016 on the file of the Court of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to the effect that the matter is civil in nature.

3. In the light of the above said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
