Sri B.V.S.Sivaram Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, states that he has already addressed a letter to his client, but there is no response.

From the docket, it appears that registered letter was addressed in March, 2018. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' the appellant is not keen in prosecuting the appeal.
