On 3.11.2017, when this matter was listed, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 10.11.2017. Even on the said date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was again adjourned to 21.11.2017, on which date also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list this matter under the caption of "dismissal". Today also, in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner, and the matter was passed over. In the evening session also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
