This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ respondents aggrieved by the order dated 04.07.2019 passed in I.A.No.637 of 2019 in O.P.No.35 of 2019 by the XXVI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the record.

On 04.07.2019, the Court below granted ad-interim injunction in I.A.No.637 of 2019 in O.P.No.35 of 2019 till 19.07.2019 and posted the said I.A. to 19.07.2019.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the interim injunction order dated 04.07.2019 is extended from time to time. There is no final disposal of the impugned I.A. 5.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 30 days from the date of this order. 6.
