M.Lova Raju v. The A.P. Genco, Rep. By Its
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2713 OF 2008 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispense with the services of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that only petitioners 1, 7, 8 and 9 are working and the other petitioner have left. He also submits that the petitioners 1, 7, 8 and 9 are working under contract and it is for the 4th respondent to engage them as long as the contract exists and the respondents 1 to 3 have no say in the matter. In view of the above, no positive direction can be given to the petitioners; it is for the contractor who has engaged them, to continue the services of the aforesaid petitioners. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 27.10.2016 dv
