The grievance of the petitioner is that he had filed Revision dt.08.01.2015 and remainder Revision Petitions dt.06.08.2007, 29.09.2009, 26.12.2012, 16.12.2015, 06.07.2016 and 13.03.2017 challenging the order passed in Force Order No.166 of 2004 (No.X/A227/Appeal-22/2004) dt.14.12.2004 before the 1st respondent, but the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same till date.

Miss T.Bala Jayasree, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider and pass orders in the said Revision in accordance with law within a period of three(03) months, if not already disposed of. 3.
In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision dt.08.01.2015 filed by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from today, in accordance with law, if not already disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
