THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5162 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.17 of 2014 on the file of the Badvel (Urban) Police Station, Badvel, Y.S.R.District, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 379 read with Section 34 of IPC. Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet also filed in the present crime. Hence, he prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A.1 to A.3. He further submits that the petitioners are law abiding citizens and they are ready to comply with any of the conditions that may be imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein. In the circumstances, the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned within a period of fifteen days from today and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.

Further, the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 are directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required.
