Heard.

2. The resumption order is passed against the petitioners by the fourth respondent dated 07.12.2015, which is questioned in this writ petition on various grounds. However, evidently the remedy of appeal is available to the petitioners against the said order. Earlier also petitioners have availed the said remedy. Hence, there is no reason to bypass the said remedy and entertain the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the appellate remedy for a period of one week from today. However, the impugned order, if not already implemented, shall remain

stayed and within the time so stipulated, petitioners are at liberty to approach the appellate authority and seek appropriate orders. As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
