HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.678 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) Non-compliance of the order dated 09.10.2013 passed in W.P.No.26661 of 2013 is the complaint in this Contempt Case.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to filing of the Contempt Case, W.P.No.26661 of 2013 has been dismissed by order dated 28.10.2014. In the circumstances, no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case and the same is accordingly closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Contempt Case stand closed.
