ORDER:-

This writ petition was filed by a student of Osmania University, Hyderabad, in connection with his pursuing the fourth year in B.E. (Civil) Course. By interim order dated 01.04.2011, this court directed the respondent University to permit the petitioner to pursue the said course.

2. It is now stated by the learned standing counsel for the Osmania University that the petitioner completed the course and was also issued his certificates in connection therewith.

3. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration on merits.
