ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash order, dated 18.01.2006, in Original Application No.818 of 2005 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), confirming order, dated 05.4.2005, in Order No.1-10(31)/2004, of respondent No.1.

Mr. V.Brahmaiah Choudary, learned counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter dated 22.4.2016 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has mentioned that his clients instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. At the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the said request.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,
