HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.281 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2018 from the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel submitted that H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2018 may be transferred to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Rajamahendravaram. 3.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 4.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, and transferred to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Rajamahendravaram, for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
