THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE.No.657 of 2014 in W.P.No.22596 of 2013 and WRIT PETITION No.22596 of 2013 O R D E R:
As per the suggestion left by this Court, parties have worked out to their mutual satisfaction the dispute amicably. The original certificates comprising of the Transfer Certificate, Study and Conduct certificate for the years 2009-2012 and Conduct Certificate for 2012-2013, memorandum of marks at SSC public examination conducted in March, 2013, Secondary School Certificate bearing No.1315111002 were also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court.
In view of the mutual settlement of the dispute, the contempt case stands dismissed. No costs.
Though the writ petition is not listed today before this bench, at request of both sides the writ petition is also taken up. As the original certificates were handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
