Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Pushpinder Kaur, learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach Central Administrative Tribunal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
