JUDGMENT:- On 01.06.2016, as there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 15.06.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Even on 15.06.2016, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the party-in-person was not present nor was made any representation on his behalf, however in the interest of justice, this Court, deferred the matter to this day under the same caption without passing any adverse order. Same is the position today also. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Appeal Suit, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
