At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the remedy available under law. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
