THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP.No.585 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.30 of 2017 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision with a liberty to file similar application before the appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
