The case of the petitioner is that she made an application to the 3rd respondent through Mee-Seva on 05.12.2015 for conducting survey of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.077 cents in Sy.No.108-15 situated at Periyavaram Village, Venkatgiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. But the respondents 2 and 3 refused to conduct survey of the subject land on the ground that they are not bound to conduct survey for the private lands and also on the ground that her son has already made an application on 30.10.2015 and the same was rejected on the ground that the subject land is in possession of the Saint Fransis Primary School and relevant title documents are not produced. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to produce all the documents in respect of the subject land. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents and on such submission, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
