HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17884 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in neither registering FIR nor arresting the accused pursuant to the complaint dated 05-07-2019 filed by petitioner against respondents 4 and 5 as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant paras of the same reads as under:

" It is submitted that Syeda Nusrath Afreen sent a complaint to the Station House Officer, Asifnagar through registered post on 12.7.2019, wherein she stated that the sons of Mohd.Ghouse deliberately irritating the neighbour and woman, girls and are indulging in criminal activities by irritating woman and girls.

It is submitted that on receipt of above complaint, GD entry was made and enquiry was done and after enquiry a Petty Case was registered vide Petty Case No.HYD2351PC19101761 and charge sheet was filed before IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally on 13.7.2019 for the offences U/s.70(B) & 70(C) of CP.Act."
