This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 3rd and 4th respondents in neither registering FIR nor arresting the accused in pursuant to the complaint dt.01.08.2019 filed by the petitioner against respondents 5 and 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.20.08.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.176 of 2019 is registered under Section 498-A, 406, 506 IPC, and Sec.4 & 6 of D.P.Act and the same is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
