Heard Sri V.R.Machavaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the A.P. State Housing Corporation Ltd.
2. It is represented by both the learned counsel that since the salaries were paid to the petitioner, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to continue to pay the salary to the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the respondents are directed to continue to pay the salary to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
