Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order passed today in PIL No.517 of 2013, nothing further survives in the writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy if they so desire and advised for redressal of their grievance and if any such remedy is taken by the petitioners, we hope and trust that the concerned forum/authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
