HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15246 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not taking action against respondent Nos.7 to 9 on the report made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent as well as to the 3rd respondent dated 19.03.2018 vide receipt ID No.GTRR/SPGTRR/190318/00229, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint given by the petitioner Crime No.38 of 2018, dated 25.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 447, 506 read with 34 IPC against respondent Nos.7 to 9.

Recording the aforesaid submission the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
