Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for 3rd respondent, and Sri G. Narender Reddy, counsel for 5th respondent. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents have deleted Kupaspally Habitation / Village from the proposed list of new Gram Panchayats contrary to the letter dt.17.01.2018 of the 2nd respondent and proceedings dt.18.01.2018 of the 3rd respondent. 3.

Since the petitioner has not given any representation to the respondent nos.2 and 3 in that regard, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 about his grievance. Upon receipt of such representation, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall consider the representation of petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate their decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 about his grievance, and on receipt of such representation, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall consider the representation of petitioner and pass

appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate their decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
