THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9463 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the police in confining the petitioner in the police station as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the petitioner right to liberty and consequently direct the respondents herein not to call the petitioner to the police station under the guise of the investigation, and pass such other order or orders."

2. On 26.04.2010 this Court while admitting the writ petition passed the following interim order in W.P.M.P. No.12217 of 2010: "The respondents are directed not to interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioner, unless a crime is registered against him."
