This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R. No. 539 of 2013 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that the matter has been amicably compounded between the parties before the Lok Adalat on 13.02.2015. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
