HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.10890 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No.400 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The charge-sheet has already been filed in this case and the trial Court has taken cognisance of the said charge-sheet.

N.B.Ws. are pending against petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned and file petition to recall N.B.Ws. issued against them. Upon filing of such petition, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrant, pending against petitioners, on the same day on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with one surety for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3 are directed to report before the trial Court on all

hearing days.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
