THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Transfer C.M.P.No.422 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code seeking to withdraw O.S.No.2536 of 2015 on the file of the Court of II Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to try along with O.S.No.887 of 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar type of application before the District Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
