This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the award and decree dated 11.02.2010 passed in M.V.O.P.No.33 of 2013 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XV Additional District Court, Nuzvid.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
