THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10961 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent police in interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent and provide protection to the petitioner, his family and property." This Court by order dated 05.05.2010 directed respondent No.2 not to interfere with the civil disputes except otherwise in accordance with law involving the petitioner in any of the cognizable offence. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the order dated 05.05.2010 is made final order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
