On 22.06.2018 when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 29.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, neither the learned counsel for the petitioner is present nor is any representation made on his behalf either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue his case. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution as well.
