On 15.02.2018, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 16.02.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation either for the petitioner or his counsel either in the morning or in the afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
