This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in registering the FIR by considering the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.96 of 2018 was registered on 29-04-2018 by Manakondur Police. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
