...RESPONDENTS Petition under Artlcle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in failing to issue the Hall Ticket to the petitioner for writing the written examination to the Post of Ware House Assistant Grade.ll Scheduled to be conducted on 19-4-2015 pursuant to the notification Advertisement, No. CWC/RO-HYD/I-ADMN/ESTT/ RECTT.WA-Il/2014-15 dated 18-12-2014 without assigning any reasons even though the petitioner is fully eligible is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. and discriminatory and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to write the above examination secluded to be conducted on 19-4-2015 or thereafter without insisting for Hall Ticket as the petitioner is fully qualified in the interest of Justice.

NO: 13967 OF 2015) Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to write the examination to the Post of Ware House Assistant Grade.ll Scheduled to be conducted on 19-4-201 5 or thereafter pursuant to the notification Advertisement No. CWC/RO-HYD/lADMN/ESTT/RECTT.WA-ll/20 14-15 dated 18-12-2014 without insisting for Hall Ticket as the petitioner is fully qualified in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on Lg .O7 .2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and to give one opportunity, the matter was posted to 21.07.2023 under the caption "for dismissal" and it was brought to the notice of this Court that on O4.O7.2O23 and I7.O7.2O23, there was no representation on behalf the ( petitioner before another learned Judge and the Hon'ble ( Judge.

On 21.07.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was posted to 24.07 .2023 under the same caPtion.

3. {n spite of the matter being listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs' Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
