The office objection is over-ruled, since covered by the order of this Court dated 25.01.2017 in Crl.RC.Nos.221 and 222 of 2017.

In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, while directing the Registry to number the revision to the extent covered by the order of this Court referred supra, by directing the lower Court, by virtue of this order, to grant default bail subject to necessary conditions to be imposed if no final report filed as on today. The lower Court shall dispose of application with no lapse, after its receipt and after hearing pursuant to the above directions.
