THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32978 of 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner questions the endorsement, dated 19.09.2015 given by the Tahsildar, Marriguda Mandal, Nalgonda District, on various grounds. By the impugned endorsement, the petitioner was informed that his application for survey of the land to an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas of land in Survey Nos.132 to 137 in Marriguda Village cannot be considered as his father's name was there in the revenue records till 1995-96 and from 1996-97 onwards, some other names exist in it and hence, he was advised to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devarakonda or civil Court seeking appropriate relief. I do not see any illegality in the impugned endorsement inasmuch as the revenue record from the year 1996-97 onwards cannot be corrected by the Mandal Revenue Officer as he cannot decide the title with respect to the land claimed by the petitioner. The petitioner is therefore given liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
