ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring inaction of the respondents 2 to 5 in preventing the 6th Respondent from constructing the Way Bridge in R.S.No.366-10A of Jonnada Village of Alamur Mandal, East Godavari District, without obtaining prior permission, without following procedure, thereby demolishing and damaging of Godavari River Bund and bed as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and violative of various provisions under the Irrigation, protection of River Bunds and other relevant Laws meant to protect the bunds and water sources in Andhra Pradesh, and also

offends Articles, 14 and 21 of Indian Constitution, consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to take necessary steps to protect the Godavari River Bund situated in R.S.No.366A of Jonnada Village of Alamur Mandal, East Godavari District, by considering my representation dated 12-05-2012"

At the hearing, Ms. A. Satyasree, learned counsel representing Mr. B. Sriram Kartik, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.18188 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
