ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioners to the post of Junior Linemen for attending test and interview to be held on 28.8.2007 or on any other subsequent date.

While admitting the writ petition on 8.10.2007, no interim order was passed by this Court and nine years time has elapsed. In view of the nature of the relief sought for in the writ petition, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
