In the 5 quash petitions filed outcome of respectively of crime Nos.126, 127, 128, 129 & 130 of 2011 respectively viz., of Mamnoor Police Station, Warangal District, viz., C.C.No.916 of 2015 and PRC.Nos.55, 2, 3 & 4 of 2015, outcome of reports of the respective defacto complainants by name M.Ramadevi against the petitioners A.1 to A.5 all since present, another defacto complainant Sunil Kumar Naik against 55 accused out of whom among 51 quash petitioners, A.26-E.Ellaiah stated died and A.28Ch. Vijay Kumar shows on other duty and could not attend and A.34-B. Veeramanamma also stated died, in another case from the report of Smt. Rajeshwari, defacto complainant against 53 accused of whom the petitioners are 49 in number among whom 26th petitioner- Ch.
Vijay Kumar shows on other duty out of availability for others present and the other defacto complainant Smt. Mohammada Begum W/o. M.A. Gafoor, against about 39 accused of whom among 36 petitioners A.22-A. Mahesh called absent for others present and the case is stated before Juvenile Justice Board and the in the other case where the defacto complainant M.A.
Dr.SSRB,J petitioners A.29-B.Veeramanamma stated died for others present and the respective offences punishable under Sections are in crime No.126/2011 Sections 304-A, 337 & 338 IPC and in crime No.127/2011 Sections 147, 452, 427, 353, 435 & 395 r/w 149 IPC, in crime No.128/2011 Sections 147, 452, 427, 395 r/w 149 IPC, in crime No.129/2011 Sections 147, 452, 427, 395 r/w 149 IPC and in crime No.130/2011 Sections 147, 452, 427, 395 r/w 149 IPC.
In all the 5 quash petitions, the respective defacto complainants and the respective quash petitioners/accused stated that through elderly intervention they settled their course and are seeking to purchase peace among them to compound the respective offences supra.
Having regard to the above and in the result, the Miscellaneous Petitions and the Criminal Petitions are allowed permitting the compounding the offences. Consequently, the above referred C.C.No.916/2015 (crime No.126/2011), PRC.No.55/2015 (crime No.127/2011), PRC.No.2 of 2015 (crime No.128/2011), PRC.No.3/2015 (crime No.129/2011) and PRC.No.4 of 2015 (crime No.130/2011) supra of Mamnoor Police Station, Warangal District, are quashed and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stand cancelled including that of the absent accused and those even not even parties to the petition to sub serve the ends of justice from the defacto complainants' say to compound the entire case against all accused including even few of them could not present.
