Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 5. 2.

Petitioner claims that he owns Ac.0-26 guntas of land in Sy.No.144/EE/1/2, at Komanpally Village, Velpur Mandal, Nizamabad District. This land is on the boundary of his village and Venkatapur village, due to which there is boundary dispute with neighbours and in order to resolve the issue once for all, he submitted representation to the 3rd respondent to conduct survey. Alleging that no action is taken on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

As per the procedure evolved by the Government, a person has to apply for conducting survey in form F-line through online web portal and only the applications made in such manner, are considered and decisions are made.

Apparently, petitioner has not made such application so far. Therefore, it cannot be said that respondents are negligent in acting on the request of the petitioner. Thus, the relief as sought for can not be granted. However, liberty is granted to petitioner to make application as required for conducting of survey. 5.
