HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CCCA No.126 of 1999 JUDGMENT :

When the matter came up for hearing and the same was posted under the caption 'part heard', the learned counsel for the appellant submits that even he could address a letter to the party for further instructions to submit arguments, the party is not responding, thereby he has no option but for to submit the same.

2) Having regard to the above, for non-diligence and considering that the party has no interest in prosecuting the above appeal, the same is liable to be dismissed.
