130, 485 AND 869 OF 2019 C O M M O N O R D E R These criminal petitions were filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of the registration of crimes against the petitioners under various provisions of law.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform that in all these cases, charge-sheets have already been laid before the concerned Courts and calendar cases are either numbered or are yet to be numbered.

In that view of the matter, these cases, as framed, are no longer amenable to adjudication on merits.

The criminal petitions are accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners herein to take appropriate measures, if they so choose, in relation to the later development in the shape of filing of charge-sheets against them.

Interlocutory applications pending in these cases, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
