HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13711 OF 2005 ORDER :
The petitioner is challenging the appointment of the 3rd respondent as Assistant Government Pleader vide G.O.Rt.No.1143, dated 18.06.2005. The tenure of appointment of 3rd respondent is for a period of three years. As there were no interim directions and as the tenure of appointment of the 3rd respondent is three years, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
