HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17883 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 09-082019 and not taking any action for ensuring providing protection for erection of Roof Top Tower on building bearing H.No.3-4-122, Sy.No.1276, Raipura, Shanagar, Hanamkonda as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.21151 of 2018, dated 25-06-2018.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 09-08-2019 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
