On earlier occasion i.e., on 01.04.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Despite the matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.

It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case anymore.

In that view of the matter, I.A.No.1 of 2024 stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
