This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the order, dated 17.09.2009 passed in F.C.O.P.No.49 of 2007 by the Judge, Family Court-cumIII Additional District Judge, Warangal, whereby the subject F.C.O.P. filed by the respondent herein, under Section 7-G of the Family Courts Act, was allowed.

Heard. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the wards viz., Munazza, Sameer, Sumeer and Maida have attained majority. Hence, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

The Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly.
